This European jazz fusion septet craft a kaleidoscope of sound, blending lush psychedelic soundscapes, tight horn melodies, and deep hypnotic grooves. Drawing from afrobeat, broken beat, highlife, hip-hop, and jazz, Fraka are all about one thing: making people move.
Before and after the live set, Gionatan Scali spins an eclectic vinyl journey through downtempo, Latin, world music, house, Balearic, afrobeat, space rock, psych, and ambient. East London-based musician, activist, and visual artist, Gionatan has shared his distinctive sound at Spiritland, Jumbi, 180 Strand, Next Door Records, and across Europe. His upcoming single Modern Man will be released on 7” vinyl, offering a glimpse of his forthcoming full-length album.
